Here's an example, my first article on synchronicty and L.O.A.

I often get clients pondering what the term spiritual means to them.
Is there truly an energy of life after physical death.
Often a client will say 'I believe' there is. Yet I can say I don't believe.
I only know what I know.
Just as I do not believe in my right hand, so I know it.

A few years ago I had been living in London when I received an urgent phone call that my father was ill and needed to be flown
to the UK urgently. I made arrangements, waiting anxiously for news of him.
When he arrived in the hospital it took less than a day for the doctor to announce he had a terminal illness and all they could do was make him more comfortable.

My father took the news well, he was a man on a spiritual path and had no fear of death, I did not as I was too attached to him to want to let go.

I camped in the hospital in his room at night as I wanted him to have someone familiar there when he passed.
I remember those days as if yesterday, chomping on chocolates instead of food day by day that were left in his room when he could no longer eat.

One restless dark night, I went to the waiting room the other end of the hospital and sat talking to patient. Whilst I spoke with her I started drifting in my mind, letting go of fear and worry, at which point I had a sudden pull to run to his room.
I got there at 4.00 am and knew it was near time. He seemed at peace but as though his body was struggling to breath by itself without his will.
I played some soft bamboo music in an old portable system I had brought with me, climbed onto the bed and held him in my arms. All the while telling him messages that were coming through from Spirit about what a safe, free and wonderful place he was going to, he had angel helpers with him. The words just flowed and slowly over time he let go and passed on. The energy in the room changed dramatically as I felt a huge soaring light go out the top of his room through the ceiling and then there was nothing.

Automatically, I started to go to the door to tell the night nurse he was dead. Within those moments the phone on the bedside table rang, it was 4.45am.
I heard the voice of my mother saying, we are going to come and pick you up now, to which I replied, ‘okay’, and put the phone down.

Everything seemed so ‘normal’ until on the way to my mother’s house it suddenly occurred to me to ask her how on earth she knew he had gone, especially at that time in the morning, she would normally be sleeping. They had been divorced for years, rarely spoke, and she had no spiritual path or faith in her life. My mother looked over at me and said, ‘Your father woke me up, there was a big light in the bedroom seemed to come out of nowhere, and there he was like the sun, saying, goodbye for the last time. I knew you would be all alone in the hospital and had to come and get you.’

There is light everywhere, no matter how ‘dark’ it may seem. Once you let go, spirit rushes in, making itself known to you.
You can learn how to let go through spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer and affirming.

Having it All: Our futures depend on what we do in the present

Here I am, a participant in John Assaraf's 'Having it all challenge'.
This is an online course that lasts for six months where each participant commits to take the challenge. The challenge being to have every area in their lives 'full', functioning and joyous.

I work a lot online as well as in person so this was an easy choice. There are around 100 people involved from all walks of life and countries all over the globe.

We have a community board and all have access to each other and there is a lot of networking and brainstorming goals going on. There is also a massive amount of encouragement from the participants to each other. Basically everyone wants to contribute and help others in their own unique way.
We have webinars and calls around once a week during these months where John invites guests and specialists in each different area or theme of the month. We've covered financial and are on spirituality and health now.

During the course I have watched people involved and myself go through some resistences to change and most, I am happy to say are blossoming and growing.

Personally, I have found my commitment growing simply by signing and promising myself to follow the course from beginning to end. Granted there were times I wanted to run, but this is a familliar habit from my past and I can see it clearly now rather than be caught in that trap.

In my work or contribution to the world I deal with thousands of people who want some situation in their lives to change or transform. What I have noticed is most of these clients want their partners, friends or loved ones to do it differently. They come to find out 'will he change', 'will she change' and 'when will we be happy'? Naturally that is entirely dependent on their actions behaviours and thoughts in the present in order to change their futures.
As I've committed to my own growth so I find my clients are finding it easier to commit to theirs. This was a process happening before this challenge and yet I can see myself celebrating more in my own life and therefore for the lives of my clients.

In plain terms the spiritual law that we are all 'one' is clear and present and more obvious. The people in my life are a clear mirror and reflection of different parts of my psyche. Sure they are 'individual' unique but they show me at any given point where I am at.

We've been shown scientifically how our brains work and how they respond or react to change or growth. I have found this part of the course very inspiring as I'd often looked at life from a spiritual perspective and am heartened to see that science pretty much backs up what I had intuited to be true.

There is a LOT to be said for bringing a large group of people together to encourage and grow in their lives in this format. So I find myself grateful for the wisdom and planning behind this course. As the group of participants transform, so too does the team behind the challenge.

I love to stretch myself and expand through limited thinking and habits to positive thinking and action. We can't expect different results from thinking and doing things the same way that didn't bring us the desired results.
